Order processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). After your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery times

• Belgium: 5 to 7 business days
• EU (France, Belgium, and other EU countries): 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all orders over €69.95
• For orders under €69.95, shipping fees apply (shown at checkout)

Shipping & tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
